Ingredients

  • ١٥٠ غرامسميد ناعم
  • ٨٠٠ ملليلترماء أو حليب
  • ٣ ملاعق كبيرةزبدة أو سمن
  • ٣ ملاعق كبيرةعسل
  • رشةملح
  • للتزيينقرفة — اختياري

Method

  1. في قدر كبير، اخلط ١٥٠ غرام من السميد الناعم مع ٨٠٠ ملليلتر من الماء البارد أو الحليب. أضف رشة ملح. استخدم خفاقة لتحريك الخليط بلطف، لضمان ذوبان السميد بالكامل وعدم تكوين كتل. هذه الخطوة حاسمة لتحقيق ملمس ناعم في الطبق النهائي.
  2. ضع القدر على نار متوسطة. استمر في تحريك الخليط باستمرار باستخدام ملعقة خشبية. مع التسخين، سيبدأ السميد في التكاثف. ستلاحظ أنه يبتعد عن جوانب القدر ويشكل كتلة متماسكة. يجب أن يستغرق هذا حوالي ١٥-٢٠ دقيقة، لكن ركز على الملمس بدلاً من الوقت.
  3. بمجرد أن يتكاثف السميد، أزل القدر من النار. أضف ٣ ملاعق كبيرة من الزبدة أو السمن و٣ ملاعق كبيرة من العسل إلى القدر. حرك بقوة حتى يتم دمج الزبدة والعسل بالكامل. يجب أن تكون العصيدة ناعمة وقابلة للتقديم، مع لمعان لامع.
