ComidaTime is a place for people who cook for other people: grandparents, line cooks, catering teams, and the neighbor who always brings the pot. If you keep a tradition alive — a half-moon fold, a steamed grain, a chile toasted on iron — that knowledge belongs next to the book it came from.
