Salteado de Calamares Peruano 2

Peruvian Squid Stir-Fry 2 is a beloved fixture at family meals, where the art of seasoning is passed down through generations. This version captures the essence of home cooking, where salt is measured by instinct and oil flows freely. Peruvian families gather around the table, savoring this dish as part of shared meals, often on a weekend when time allows for leisurely enjoyment.

The dish is a celebration of fresh, oceanic flavors balanced with the warmth of garlic and the vibrant kick of chili. A squeeze of lemon adds a zesty brightness, elevating the tender squid rings to new heights. It's a dish that invites you to taste the sea, with each bite a reminder of the generous spirit of Peruvian home cooking.

Ingredients

  • 600 gramosanillos de calamar
  • 4 dientesajo
  • 2 cucharadasaceite
  • al gustoají
  • limónexprimido
  • al gustosal marina fina
