Beste Sofrito für die heimische Küche
Wofür Sofrito gut ist, welche Küchen es nutzen und wo Sie es finden.
Warum hier beginnen
The sofrito a kitchen means when it does not specify Puerto Rican, Spanish, or Cuban.
In the International Cuisines books, Sofrito is not decoration. Add it where the recipe puts it: early if it needs fat and time, late if it is perfume.
Taste Sofrito before you empty the spoon. Fresh jars smell like themselves; tired ones smell like dust. Buy the smallest amount you will finish.
