Curry de Grão-de-Bico Brasileiro 2

Brasileiro Chickpea Curry 2 is a beloved staple on Brazilian home tables, where the art of seasoning is as instinctual as the samba beat. This dish finds its place on weeknights when families gather to unwind and share stories, bringing together the familiar warmth of chickpeas and the vibrant embrace of fresh tomatoes and onions. It's a reflection of how Brazilian family cooks effortlessly blend simplicity with heart, crafting meals that nourish both the body and the spirit.

Expect a savory symphony where cumin's earthy notes dance with the sweetness of tomatoes, all enveloping the tender chickpeas. This curry is seasoned with a practiced hand, balancing fine sea salt and black pepper until the flavors sing. Generous in its use of oil, each bite is a comforting hug, meant to be shared and enjoyed together at the family table.

Ingredients

  • 400 gramasgrão-de-bico — cozido
  • 1cebola
  • 2tomates
  • 2 colheres de sopaóleo
  • 1 colher de chácominho
  • a gostosal marinho fino e pimenta-do-reino

Method

  1. Comece preparando seus ingredientes. Pique finamente 1 cebola e 2 tomates.
